I love beautiful cafes because they inspire productivity. Additionally, cafes remind me to enjoy the simple things in life. Rustle & Still is a Vietnamese coffee shop based in downtown Toronto at Bathurst & Bloor Street West.
One of my favourite things to do is to visit unique cafes. The natural rhythm of a cafe matches my personality very well. It’s peaceful, but also busy. The earthy tones are down-to-earth. I love it.
My sister Tasha and I went to Rustle & Still for the first time on a Thursday afternoon.
As soon as I entered the cafe, I was shocked to see that the coffee shop was a lot smaller than I imagined.
The Space
The main colour scheme of the cafe is beige with green accents reflected in the plants scattered across the space.
The wooden details add a subtle rustic touch.
I love the different seating options they have at this cafe.
Although the cafe is quite small, and it’s very popular, they have a variety of chairs to add personality to the cafe’s interior.
Food and Drinks
Let’s move on to the menu.
Rustle & Still offers basic coffee shop staples like croissants and cookies.
They also a re known for their banh mi sandwiches which are served on a cute newspaper.
In addition, they serve a variety of coffees and lattes.
I tried their Matcha Pandan Latte.
The difference between matcha pandan latte and regular matcha latte is that it is sweetened with the pandan plant.

Productivity
My one complaint about the cafe is its size. Of course, they can’t do much to fix that, but you are definitely in close proximity with other tables.
Therefore, if you’re having a conversation with someone, there’s a good chance someone will be able to overhear your conversation and you are able to overhear their conversation.
It’s a tight, but beautiful space with amazing matcha and friendly baristas.
