I haven’t really dressed up these past two years. Since I rarely leave my house, I haven’t had to. I’m excited for the chance to finally dress up and look decent for once. I’ve also planned out outfits for some upcoming concerts later this year. Though I’m not cosplaying this year at Anime North, which is the first time since 2013, I still wanted to put some effort into my outfit plans for Anime North.
Day 1 – Friday
This outfit is from the Avatar: The Last Airbender x Black Milk Clothing collection. When I saw this collection in June, I knew it would be suitable for Anime North. With the Momo bag and massive combat boots (that I can hopefully fit my insoles into), it’ll be a look that’ll appeal to other fans, despite not being a cosplay. It’s unlikely I’ll wear a colourful cosplay wig, but I might wear one that’s red. Depends on how it looks!

I knew the Selkie “Head In The Clouds” dress would be great as an out-of-cosplay Airbender outfit from the moment I saw it. I got a lolita wig to match the dress, and with the right makeup, I think this look will be perfect.
