Get the best coffee art in Toronto: Himalayan Coffee House

Yesterday, my friend, Kim and I went to the super cute and cozy Himalayan Coffee House at Yonge & Eglinton in Toronto.

I discovered this place on Yelp. The photos of latte art taken by other customers was impressive. For some reason, I expected the place to be smaller than it was. It’s not a big coffee shop, but it’s not tiny either. The cafe has options for you to sit in couches, at small tables or at a very large table (perfect for studying).

Alternative Milk Options

They have alternative milk options like almond, soy, and coconut. Note that they ONLY do coffee art with regular milk and lactose-free milk.

The Tea on the Coffee & Latte Art

Oh, and they don’t do custom art too so expect a special surprise.

Also, you can 100% coffee art to-go. However, the art will be slightly smaller than what’s possible with the mug.

Size Options for Drinks

What’s great about this cafe and their absolutely delicious warm drinks are that they offer small, medium and large sizes.

My Order

I went for a medium matcha latte and it was beyond delicious and creamy.

When I go to Himalayan Coffee House next time, I will definitely upsizing to the large.

The Vibe of the Cafe

The dark brown interior gives you a sense of privacy. It’s a great space for conversations with your friends or just focusing on a specific task.

I couldn’t resist taking multiple photos of this incredibly detailed Totoro Matcha Latte Art that they did so quickly!

If you want to check out this cute cafe, try to go very early in the morning. Ideally, before lunch time or after 1:30 PM to ensure you get coffee art.

Do you want to be productive or chat with a friend, while being delighted by coffee art at the same time? If so, check out Himalayan Coffee House.
