You’ve upgraded your tent to a house and hustled to get a 3-star island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Now what? At this point, you’ll realize that just selling various fruits will make the process of making bells a lot slower than you may like. Or, you’re probably at the point now where you’ve unlocked the Island Designer Tool, and you have no idea where to start to design a 5-star island that best represents you. In this blog post, I’m going to share with you a list of my favourite creative Animal Crossing web tools to enhance your island life experience.
Nookazon
Nookazon is the Amazon of Animal Crossing. Are you looking for furniture, but don’t see it in your Nook’s Cranny today? You can go to Nookazon and get the furniture you need today. Once you learn how Nookazon operates, you can use it to buy or even sell your items with the currency of bells, Nook Mile Tickets or wishlist items. From furniture to hybrid flowers, it’s the leading website for finding all the things you need to make your island a fantastic place.
Nookplaza
Unlike the websites above, Nookplaza is simply a website that catalogues all the different types of items you can add to your Animal Crossing island. It lists the buying and selling price, how you can get the item in-game and other pertinent details. It’s great if you’re looking to increase your Animal Crossing catalogue by collecting things that seem interesting to you. I have my eye on the white air conditioner.
Getty Museum Art Generator
Are you a fan of classical art? Well, get this. The real-life Getty Museum wants to contribute to your wall paintings in Animal Crossing. They created a generator where you can search for famous art and convert them into QR codes for custom designs in the game.
Animal Crossing Patterns
Do you want to create your custom patterns, but don’t like the custom design tool within Animal Crossing? You can use this web tool to do the same thing but on your computer instead of a Nintendo Switch.
#ACNHDesign
If you need fresh custom designs to add to your in-game experience, so many creators are using the #ACNHDesign hashtag across Twitter and Instagram. There’s also a Reddit for ACNH Designs here. Now called ACQR.
Animal Crossing Turnip Calculator
As I mentioned at the beginning of this blog post, there’ll come a time in the game where you’re going to need to do more than selling fruit and bugs to make a lot of bells. Enter the turnip trade. I don’t make my bells via turnips; I rely on Nook Mile Tickets and catalogue selling to make bells. However, if your Nook’s Cranny is buying turnips at a high rate, you can invite other players to your island to make bells. Or, you can simply sell your turnips to Nook’s Cranny for the highest return on investment.
And this is where the Animal Crossing Turnip Calculator comes in. By inserting the numbers into the calculator over a week, it will be able to estimate which days will spurn the highest rates for turnip prices for you. It could be beneficial if you’re a naughty person who time travels and wants to estimate which day of the week will yield the most return for your turnips. Or, it could be helpful for non-time travellers who take it week by week and like to be on top of things.
Animal Crossing Island Name Generator
Are you just about to start playing Animal Crossing and don’t want to choose an island name you regret? Check out this generator to help you come up with unique ideas. Make sure NOT to leave a space after your island name. You won’t be able to change it, and it will leave you irritated forever.
Island Tune Creator
Once you unlock the Town Hall in Animal Crossing, you’ll meet the lovely Isabelle, who will be able to provide you with the option to change your island tune. If you want to change the sound of your island tune, you can do that in-game. However, I love this website because it not only allows you to create your songs on your computer, before you do so in the game, but it also allows you to download fun tunes created by other people. I have an Avatar: The Last Airbender island tune to match my Fire Nation island vibe.
Happy Island Designer
Planning an island takes a lot of work. I used pen and paper to draft my island, but some people prefer digital. The Island Designer tool helps you to plan how you want your island to look before you start terraforming.
Animal Crossing Wiki
Animal Crossing Wiki is the Animal Crossing fan wiki website that has tons of information regarding the game. It’s probably the most accurate resource for Animal Crossing information, as it’s updated regularly by fans. It’s where I went to learn about the 400+ types of villagers available to play within the game.
Guidebook for Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Irritatingly enough, I’m stilling waiting for my Animal Crossing: New Horizons guidebook from Amazon (it’s been nearly two months since I’ve pre-ordered). However, seeing all the beautiful flat lays of Instagrammers post their handbook still hasn’t made me regret my decision to order it. For all you collectors who love to rely on hard copy items about the details of a game, this is perfect for you. This book is a 500-page textbook that covers any and everything you need to know about the game.
Animal Crossing Guidebook
If you want to carry Animal Crossing info with you on the go, look no further than the Animal Crossing Guidebook app for iPhone.
Animal Crossing Boarding Pass & Passport Creator
Before the release date of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, I saw a lot of social media influencers sharing their Animal Crossing boarding pass and passport that they created using this generator. It’s so cute and free. All you need to do is fill out the generator and print your very own Animal Crossing themed boarding pass and passport.
All in all, there are many excellent Animal Crossing web tools you can use to enhance your island experience in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Let me know in the comments below which web tools are your favourite.

Cuteeeeeeee blog post. So many great website recommendations that I’ll definitely try out!
I love Animal Crossing, but I have only used one of these sites. The boarding pass idea is such a cute idea, I’ve not seen that one before xx
